Cabinet Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and contractors to design custom cabinetry solutions for spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, an understanding of cabinetry construction, and excellent customer service skills to deliver designs that meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Collaboration:
o Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget.
2. Provide expert guidance on cabinetry styles, materials, finishes, and Design Development:
o Create detailed and accurate cabinet designs
o Generate 2D and 3D renderings to present design concepts to clients.
o Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

3. Project Coordination:
o Collaborate with contractors, and other design professionals to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
o Work closely with production and installation teams to ensure designs are executed accurately.
4. Material and Cost Management:
o Source and select appropriate materials and finishes that align with the client’s vision and budget.
o Prepare detailed cost estimates and ensure designs stay within budgetary constraints.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain detailed records of design specifications, project timelines, and client communications.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
· Experience:
o Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cabinetry design or related field.
· Skills:
o Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and installation processes.
o Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity with woodworking or cabinet manufacturing processes.
· Knowledge of ergonomic and functional design principles for kitchens, bathrooms, or custom cabinetry.
· Experience with project management software.

Market Research Analyst
Job Title: Market Research Analyst
Location: Cedar Hill, Texas.
Responsibilities:
• Perform network searches and filtering of customs data using databases such as Globalwits and Oracle to identify potential buyers of cabinets, vanities, and closets in the industry.
• Collect and analyze data on corporate clients’ preferences, needs, and buying trends to identify potential markets and factors affecting demands for our primary business areas including kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanity, and closet.
• Conduct competitor analysis with customs data and export records to formulate our own strategies for competitors including OPPEIN and Zbom Home. This allows us to gain insights into their products, pricing strategies, market share, and marketing tactics.
• Analyze sales information throughout the U.S. to forecast sales and marketing trends as well as product demands.
• Present monthly performance goals to our parent company and affiliates during the monthly sales meetings.
• Design marketing surveys and questionnaires on clients’ opinions and marketing strategies, applying knowledge of business statistics to improve customer satisfaction. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
• Guide analysts, designers, manufacturers and sales by providing information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of our products. Support commercialization manager and portfolio manager in meeting U.S. products launch deadlines.
Minimum Requirement:
Must have Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, or closely related field.
Must have the following skills:
Conduct market research using SWOT, PESTEL, and Porter’s 5 Forces to identify and analyze industry buying trends, opportunities and competitions; interpret sales data from Quickbook System and gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions; Lead data analysis for international business with statistical software and business research tools such as SPSS, SAS, and Tableau.
Domestic travel required to visit clients. Destination and frequency impossible to predict.

GoldenHome Cabinetry Inc. is seeking a proactive and skilled Sales Representative with a focus on project builders to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the building and construction industry and a strong ability to develop relationships with project builders, contractors, and developers. This role involves driving sales growth by targeting large-scale building projects and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Main responsibilities:
1. Engage in sales related to cabinet products in the region, execute regional investment promotion, and explore new channels;
2. Implement the company's investment strategy, participate in the formulation of regional market policies and strategies based on investment goals, implement specific investment plans, and be responsible for investment results;
3. Based on the company's planning of regional goals, actively explore blank market information in the region, organize and implement investment promotion in the regional market, manage and collect intention information, conduct visits and inspections of intention information, and continuously track and manage signed customers;
4. Organize the collection and organization of regional market competitor investment information and results, and provide regular data analysis reports.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, preferably in the cabinet industry in the Texas region;
2. The ability to make predictions from a unique perspective on the industry and think independently;
3. Have their own methodology and system for summarizing market, sales, and channel work;
4. Possess communication skills and abilities with franchisees, dealers, investors, and related teams, and be able to independently and effectively promote channel management related matters.
