Job Overview:
GoldenHome Cabinetry Inc. is seeking a proactive and skilled Sales Representative with a focus on project builders to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the building and construction industry and a strong ability to develop relationships with project builders, contractors, and developers. This role involves driving sales growth by targeting large-scale building projects and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Main responsibilities:
1. Engage in sales related to cabinet products in the region, execute regional investment promotion, and explore new channels;
2. Implement the company's investment strategy, participate in the formulation of regional market policies and strategies based on investment goals, implement specific investment plans, and be responsible for investment results;
3. Based on the company's planning of regional goals, actively explore blank market information in the region, organize and implement investment promotion in the regional market, manage and collect intention information, conduct visits and inspections of intention information, and continuously track and manage signed customers;
4. Organize the collection and organization of regional market competitor investment information and results, and provide regular data analysis reports.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, preferably in the cabinet industry in the Texas region;
2. The ability to make predictions from a unique perspective on the industry and think independently;
3. Have their own methodology and system for summarizing market, sales, and channel work;
4. Possess communication skills and abilities with franchisees, dealers, investors, and related teams, and be able to independently and effectively promote channel management related matters.

Responsibilities
- Drive the construction channel business for cabinetry, with a focus on multi-family residential developments, custom villa projects, and large-scale orders from developers and general contractors (GCs).
- Lead participation in major project bids, contract negotiations, and pricing processes to secure deals and ensure successful project execution.
- Build and expand industry networks with developers, GCs, and construction distributors to achieve sustainable business growth.
- Collaborate with design, factory, logistics, and installation teams to ensure project quality and on-time delivery.
- Monitor market trends and customer demands, providing strategic sales recommendations to support the company’s North American construction channel expansion.
Qualifications
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proven experience in cabinetry or building materials sales, with successful track record in large-scale construction projects (multi-family/GC contracts).
- Strong understanding of the U.S. cabinetry market landscape, competitive dynamics, and established client networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills; ability to independently drive large project engagements.
- Willingness to travel frequently; strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in key account management or team leadership is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with spray cup guns and have experience applying 2-part paint systems commonly used in cabinet or automotive applications. This position involves finishing wood and laminate cabinetry components in a production environment. We are not seeking residential/construction or house painters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply primer, paint, and topcoats to cabinet components using spray equipment (HVLP, airassisted, etc.).
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, or priming as necessary.
• Mix and apply 2-part paint systems according to product specifications and safety guidelines.
• Inspect finished parts for defects or inconsistencies and rework as needed to meet quality standards.
• Maintain spray booth, equipment, and paint supplies in clean and safe condition.
• Read and follow work orders, color codes, and finishing instructions.
• Collaborating with the finishing team and production leads to meeting daily schedules.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in warehouse management, and confident using forklifts and inventory systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycles count to ensure inventory accuracy of raw materials, hardware, and finished cabinets.
• Receive, label, and organize incoming inventory to proper storage locations and verify materials against packing slips.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move and stage inventory (certification or recent experience required).

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will report to the Delivery director. Will be responsible for ensuring zero-defect product delivery, empowering dealer teams to enhance their installation skills and conveying the brand's premium value through professional and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the installation of the company’s cabinet, wardrobe, and bathroom vanity products in key scenarios such as dealer showrooms, major industry exhibitions, and project model rooms.
• Conduct systematic skill training, assessment and certification for dealer installation teams. Develop training plans and improve skills through theoretical instructions, practical demonstrations, and guided practice to ensure the teams meet the company's service standards.
• Provide advanced technical support both remotely and on site for dealer and major client projects. Diagnose and resolve complex and challenging technical issues promptly during installation to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Description
Responsible for overseeing the entire process of product technical control and quality management. Acts as a liaison between the sales team and the factory to resolve technical issues before and after sales, ensuring that all products meet technical standards and maintain consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities:
