Sales Manager

Job Overview:

GoldenHome Cabinetry Inc. is seeking a proactive and skilled Sales Representative with a focus on project builders to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the building and construction industry and a strong ability to develop relationships with project builders, contractors, and developers. This role involves driving sales growth by targeting large-scale building projects and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Main responsibilities:

1. Engage in sales related to cabinet products in the region, execute regional investment promotion, and explore new channels;

2. Implement the company's investment strategy, participate in the formulation of regional market policies and strategies based on investment goals, implement specific investment plans, and be responsible for investment results;

3. Based on the company's planning of regional goals, actively explore blank market information in the region, organize and implement investment promotion in the regional market, manage and collect intention information, conduct visits and inspections of intention information, and continuously track and manage signed customers;

4. Organize the collection and organization of regional market competitor investment information and results, and provide regular data analysis reports.

 

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, preferably in the cabinet industry in the Texas region;

2. The ability to make predictions from a unique perspective on the industry and think independently;

3. Have their own methodology and system for summarizing market, sales, and channel work;

4. Possess communication skills and abilities with franchisees, dealers, investors, and related teams, and be able to independently and effectively promote channel management related matters.

Cabinet Designer (Bilingual in Spanish)

GoldenHome North America is a global enterprise specializing in premium cabinetry and integrated home solutions. We are actively expanding our construction channel business in the North American market and are seeking motivated professionals to join our team to drive the company’s growth in the U.S.
Position: Cabinet Designer (Bilingual in Spanish) – New Jersey Based
Location: New Jersey, USA (Relocation accepted)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: USD 55,000–60,000 annual base salary + project commission + KPI overachievement bonus + benefits
Responsibilities
• Design cabinetry and prepare quotations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and design solutions; assist with construction project bids and quotation documentation.
• Support project execution, including design implementation during project management and on-site construction.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, accurately capturing requirements and providing professional recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company design standards, quotation templates, and internal workflow optimization.
Qualifications
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Degree or background in interior design, architectural design, construction management, or related fields preferred.
• Prior experience in cabinetry/building materials design and estimation preferred; project management or on-site construction experience a strong plus.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with strong bilingual communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 2020 Design, or Revit preferred.
• Patience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
