Responsibilities
• Design cabinetry and prepare quotations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and design solutions; assist with construction project bids and quotation documentation.
• Support project execution, including design implementation during project management and on-site construction.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, accurately capturing requirements and providing professional recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company design standards, quotation templates, and internal workflow optimization.
Qualifications
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Painter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient with spray cup guns and have experience applying 2-part paint systems commonly used in cabinet or automotive applications. This position involves finishing wood and laminate cabinetry components in a production environment. We are not seeking residential/construction or house painters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply primer, paint, and topcoats to cabinet components using spray equipment (HVLP, airassisted, etc.).
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, or priming as necessary.
• Mix and apply 2-part paint systems according to product specifications and safety guidelines.
• Inspect finished parts for defects or inconsistencies and rework as needed to meet quality standards.
• Maintain spray booth, equipment, and paint supplies in clean and safe condition.
• Read and follow work orders, color codes, and finishing instructions.
• Collaborating with the finishing team and production leads to meeting daily schedules.
Qualifications:

Description
Responsible for overseeing the entire process of product technical control and quality management. Acts as a liaison between the sales team and the factory to resolve technical issues before and after sales, ensuring that all products meet technical standards and maintain consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in new product research and development, provide technical support, and propose optimization suggestions form a quality perspective to ensure manufacturability and reliability
- Develop and optimize production processes, prepare process documentation, and define production workflows, operational standards, and technical parameters.
- Conduct technical training for production staff to ensure they fully understand and master production procedures and key operational points.
- Communicate with the sales team and customers to confirm the feasibility of product processes based on customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Participate in pre-sales technical discussions, respond to customer technical inquiries, and demonstrate the technical strengths of the company’s products.
- Address technical problems reported by customers, analyze root causes, propose effective solutions, and follow up on implementation results.
- After receiving sales orders, coordinate with the front-end sales team for technical confirmation, communicate relevant information to the factory’s technical and quality departments, monitor production quality throughout the manufacturing process, and follow up on product quality until customer installation is completed.

motivated and experienced Production Lead to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary:
Responsible for providing and ensuring employee safety, daily production goals, process
improvements, economical conformance (budget) and acceptance of product to customer
requirements while providing leadership support in all aspects of industrial woodworking
within a high-volume cellular manufacturing facility. Provides a problem-solving approach
to Line Leaders and other team members as well as facilitate communications for
continuous improvement efforts and strong employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate communications to encourage all employees to identify with and actively
participate in plant safety (regulations, awareness, and process).
2. Foster safety awareness and plant housekeeping.
3. Investigate any production or safety concerns to ensure a safe and productive
working environment.
4. Ensure that all job-related accidents or injuries are reported and documented by
those responsible and take appropriate corrective action in an expeditious manner.
5. Promote safe work practices, job training, dissemination of company policies and
procedures, quality standards, timely and constructive performance evaluations,
and corrective actions when necessary.
6. Accountable for all aspects of manufacturing within assigned area. Including one or
more of the following: machining, sanding, finishing and/or assembly of component
cabinet parts, as well as material workflow, productivity, quality specifications and
departmental efficiency. Operational measurements include employee/cell
performance, scrap rate, labor rates, minimizing overtime, and cost effectiveness.
7. Promote the concepts of a team and world-class manufacturing environment by
building effective teams.
8. Scheduling of daily production runs and communicating the performance to plan.
9. Reduce material and labor costs though formal continuous improvement
processes.
10. Facilitate group meetings to ensure communication of safety/environmental and
daily/weekly production requirements and goals, as well as address and resolve
non-performance and product non-conformance issues.
11. At a minimum, annually devise and review Management by Planning objectives for
self and direct reports to provide ample information for annual performance
development summaries.
12. Perform any other projects or assignments as requested by the Plant Manager.
Requirements:
· High School diploma.
· Intermediate experience and knowledge with the Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work independently without direct supervision with demonstrated ability to
complete projects.
· Demonstrated ability to function as a team member and be receptive to change and cross
functional training.
· Demonstrated strong personal, interpersonal, motivational, intellectual, and leadership
competencies.
· Good communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to obtain action, change

Customer Interaction
- Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, or chat.

Order Process
- Demonstrates accuracy in understanding customer needs and selecting the appropriate items.

- Prepare related documents and comments for GM assistant’s approval
- Any replacement, process the order, and ask Shirley to check or open a credit memo.
- Any credit can only be applied to the next order, and the deduction amount cannot exceed 10% of the total order value or $500, whichever is lower.
- Any shipping fees related to the claim should also be included in the processing list and counted in the credit memo.
Additional Duties
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences.
- Assist with special events and promotions.
- Support team members as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Local Purchase
- The accuracy and timeliness of procurement.
- The timeliness of arranging pickup or delivery needs to meet the delivery deadlines of the orders.
